The DVD rental business can rely on one or multiple suppliers for supplying the DVDs and Blu-rays.
Often a trend of faulty of pieces emerges from a particular supplier where the pieces do not give the optimal number of runs before being rendered useless by the users as the disc quality deteriorates.
