DVD Rental Solution is about to launch yet another DVD Rental Software for US based client. The website portal will be redesigned according to US based Netfix model. The new feature that are coming up are integration of Shipment Tracking with Shipping Partner. Client has already tied up with UPS, the shipping company. Therefore, UPS provides the client preformatted envelopes to the client. All client has to do is to ship the DVD into one of these envelops and sent it to users.
Another feature that is going to added is of Account Suspension. In this feature the user will have facility of suspending its account if he no longer wishes to use the service. The system will ask user for period of time it wants its account suspended. The user will not be charges for that period of time.
Also Trouble ticket manager will be incorporated in this portal where user can log their complaints to the admin of the portal. This feature will help in customer service.
